There is a $50.00 'short-stay' fee when booking less than 7 nights

if your short-stay causes us to lose a full week's booking. If your dates do not cause us to lose a full week's booking, there is no

short-stay fee :)

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation.

     Balance due in full 60-days prior to arrival.

More than 60 days prior, cancellations will incur a one night cancellation penalty. Within 60 days of arrival,

all refunds subject to rebooking of cancelled dates, in  addition to the one night penalty. No matter where you stay, we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance. It's very affordable, and can save you in case of an unexpected cancellation.

The summer of 2008 was a perfect example of an "unexpected cancellation". Hawaii lost TWO major airlines (ALOHA & ATA) in a 3-day period, and thousands were left without flights!
